How the counters are counted

  • A counter is an opponent in the same lane that a champion does worst against, over ranked Solo/Duo and Flex games. Only matchups with at least 8 games count, and each matchup's win rate is first pulled toward 50% (as if it had 10 more games at 50%), so two lucky games don't make a counter.
  • Up to three counters per champion and lane. "Does well against" reads the same data the other way: if champion A has champion B among its worst matchups in mid, B does well against A in mid.
  • The games come from the lobbies of LazyElo players and the players they met, so they reflect their elo rather than Emerald+ or pro play. These are far fewer games than the big stats sites, and each page says how many it rests on.
  • Only totals per champion and matchup: no player names or accounts.

Matchups for your own champions

In champ select LazyElo weighs the lane matchup for every champion in your pool, from your own games and the games at your elo, and tells you why it suggests a pick. You still pick and lock yourself.
