Terms of service

The agreement between you and LazyElo, without fine print. How we handle your data is on Privacy, and getting your money back on Refunds.

Version of October 27, 2026.

Who we are

  • Send questions, complaints or a request about your account through the contact page. You'll get an answer within 14 days.

Your account

  • You need an account to use LazyElo. Your account is personal: don't share your login.
  • You're 16 or older, or your parent or guardian agrees to these terms.
  • An account works on one PC at a time, or two with Pro. You can unlink a PC yourself in My account, once a week.
  • Make sure your email address is correct: that's where we send your confirmations and important messages about your account.

Free, Plus and Pro

  • There's always a free version, without ads. What exactly Free, Plus and Pro include is on the pricing page.
  • A new account gets a Plus trial once: 7 days, without payment, once per account and per PC. After that you go back to Free automatically, unless you take out a subscription yourself.
  • Pro includes AI at our expense, up to 300 analyses per calendar month. After that, you can carry on with your own API key.
  • Features marked "soon" aren't part of the subscription yet. We update LazyElo regularly; a feature can change or disappear, for example because of new rules from Riot Games. If something essential disappears from your paid subscription, you may cancel and get the unused part back.

Payments

  • LazyElo is the seller of your subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe: Stripe takes the payment and emails you the receipt.
  • The prices on the pricing page are per month or per year, VAT included. The checkout shows you the exact amount before you pay.
  • A subscription renews itself at the end of each period until you cancel. We announce a price change at least 30 days in advance; it only applies from your next period.
  • If a payment fails, Stripe tries again a few times. After that, your subscription stops and you go back to Free.

Canceling and refunds

  • You can cancel anytime, in My account under Manage subscription. You keep Plus or Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for.
  • Within 14 days of your first payment, you get your money back, no questions asked. The details are on the Refunds page.
  • Your statutory rights as a consumer always apply.

What's not allowed

  • Sharing or selling your account, or letting more people use it than the subscription allows.
  • Unlocking paid features without paying, modifying or rebuilding the app to get around limits, or attacking, overloading or automatically scraping our servers.
  • Using LazyElo in a way that goes against the rules of Riot Games.
  • In case of abuse, we can block your account, your PC or your IP address. For serious or repeated abuse, without a refund; otherwise you get the unused part of your subscription back.

Riot Games

  • LazyElo doesn't belong to Riot Games and isn't approved by Riot. It follows Riot's rules for apps that run alongside League of Legends: it only reads, automates nothing, and during a game only shows what the scoreboard shows too.
  • Riot can change its rules or its API. If that means LazyElo is no longer allowed or able to do something, we'll adjust the app.

As is

  • LazyElo does its best, but a piece of advice, a score or a number can be wrong, and we don't promise a higher rank. You're the one playing.
  • We keep the app and the server running as well as we can, but sometimes something is briefly unavailable. A paid subscription simply keeps running; LazyElo keeps working offline for three days with what it already had.
  • We aren't liable for indirect damage, such as lost LP or games. In any case, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, and as far as the law allows.

Changes and applicable law

  • If these terms change on a point that matters to you, we'll let you know at least 30 days in advance, in the app or by email. If you don't agree, you can cancel before they take effect.
  • Dutch law applies to these terms. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection your own country's law gives you as a consumer.
