Common questions
- How do I get an account?
- You create one yourself, at the top of the site under Log in, Create a free account. You can log in to the app right away and get 7 days of Plus. If it doesn't work, send a message with the topic Question about my account.
- Something doesn't work. What should I send?
- Make a bug report in the app: Settings, Make a bug report. A zip appears on your desktop, with no keys in it. Say in your message what you were doing, and send the zip separately.
- My account doesn't work on another PC.
- An account works on one PC at a time. Send a message and it will be unlinked from your old PC.
