A Mobalytics alternative without Overwolf or ads

Mobalytics is one of the most complete League of Legends apps: a performance index over eight skills (GPI), a post-game report, clips of your key plays and tier lists for every role. Its desktop app runs on Overwolf, contains ads and keeps some improvement features for Mobalytics Plus.

LazyElo covers the same phases of a game, from champ select to the post-game, but builds its advice from your own games and from lobbies at your elo. It is free, shows no ads and doesn't run on Overwolf.

Checked October 26, 2026. Written by the maker of LazyElo, so read it as one side's view: every fact about Mobalytics links to its source.

Platform

An Overwolf app (27.7 MB). Installing it also installs the Overwolf client.

Source: Mobalytics on the Overwolf store

A native Windows app for Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit), installer 50 MB. No Overwolf and no browser engine.

None, not in the app and not on this site.

Price

Free with ads. Plus costs $9.99 a month, $24.99 for three months or $69.99 a year, with a 7-day trial.

Champ select

Ban and pick suggestions from “your pocket picks, your recent performance on certain champions, and current meta”, counterpicks as enemies lock in, and automatic import of runes and item builds.

Sources: Mobalytics beginner's guide; Mobalytics on the Overwolf store

The best champion from your own pool for this draft, with the reason: your win rate on it, the lane matchup and the team fit. It shows your build and runes; you set them yourself.

Loading screen scout

Pre-game scouting of every player, with playstyle badges and stats.

Source: Mobalytics on the Overwolf store

A score per player with the reasons, premades in their own color, labels such as one-trick, autofill and win or loss streaks, where the enemy jungler usually starts, the AD/AP split and a win chance per team.

In-game overlay

Power-spike notifications, live gold leads, jungle timers, a summoner spell timer and a gold-to-next-item tracker.

Source: Mobalytics on the Overwolf store

What the TAB scoreboard shows, per lane beside your ability bar: level, K/D/A, CS per minute, item value, kill participation, spells, items and who is ahead, plus each champion's ult cooldown from the patch data. No timers and no alerts: it never tracks when an enemy used an ability.

Post-game

A report that ranks you from 1st to 10th in your game, and Smart Highlights: AI-picked clips of your key plays, one free per game and all five with Plus.

Sources: Hexgate (a rival app); Mobalytics Smart Highlights

Review: every death on a map with what led up to it, three short questions per death and an if-then plan for Focus. Plus the game against your own average on that champion: time without a ward, roams, CS at 10 minutes and damage per minute. AI explanations are included in Pro, or on Plus with your own API key.

Improvement tools

GPI scores eight skills, and your profile has LP gain graphs. GPI progress graphs and Challenges need Plus.

Sources: Mobalytics on the Overwolf store; Mobalytics Plus

Focus: one goal per role with an if-then plan, checked over 15 games. Insights: what goes with winning in your own games, with the number of games behind each figure.

Tier lists

Per role, split into low and high elo, next to builds, counters and guides for every champion on the website.

Sources: Mobalytics tier list; mobalytics.gg

Per lane and per duo, from the ranked games in LazyElo players' lobbies, so at their own elo. Built on far fewer games than the big sites.

ARAM Mayhem

Mayhem build pages with augment tiers on the website, based on ratings because Riot gives no Mayhem data. Hexgate, a rival app, found no in-game Mayhem overlay in October 2026.

Sources: Mobalytics ARAM Mayhem; Hexgate (a rival app), Oct 2026

In the Mayhem lobby, the strongest champion on your bench next to your own results. In game, what each card you're offered does and which champions it suits. Your Mayhem build in the overlay.

Measured RAM

About 1,400 MB during a game, often close to 2,000 MB, measured by iTero, a rival app (March 2026). Not a standard test.

Source: iTero (a rival app), Mar 31, 2026

428 MB idle in the lobby, measured by us (version 0.13.1, Windows, 32 logical cores, October 27, 2026). 511 MB during a game, measured by us (version 0.13.1, Windows, 32 logical cores; 30 measurements, one a minute, over one game, October 27, 2026).

The RAM numbers come from different tests on different PCs, so they are not a like-for-like comparison.

What Mobalytics does better

  • Rune and build import

Mobalytics imports item and rune builds into the client for you. LazyElo shows your build and runes but never changes anything in your client, so you set them yourself.

Source: Mobalytics on the Overwolf store

  • Far more data and guides

Tier lists per role for low and high elo, and builds, counters and guides for every champion. LazyElo's shared tier lists rest on the games of a small group of players.

    Sources: Mobalytics tier list; mobalytics.gg

  • Clips of your plays

Smart Highlights picks your key plays after each game and saves them as clips. LazyElo doesn't record video.

    Source: Mobalytics Smart Highlights

  • A season profile

GPI over eight skills and LP gain graphs across the season. LazyElo's Rank & sessions page graphs your LP too, but only from the day you start using it, because Riot keeps no LP history.

  • A deep post-game report

Buildzcrank, another rival app, calls it the “most comprehensive post-game analytics” of the six apps it compared.

Source: Buildzcrank (a rival app), Oct 2026

  • Many games in one app

The same app covers TFT, Valorant, Diablo IV and more. LazyElo is for League of Legends only.

What LazyElo does differently

  • Improvement tools that measure you

Focus gives you one goal per role with an if-then plan and checks after 15 games whether it worked. Insights shows what goes with winning in your own games. Both are part of Plus, with 7 days free to try.

  • Advice from your own games

In champ select LazyElo picks from the champions you play and says why: your win rate on it, the matchup in your lane and how it fits your team. Every figure shows how many games it rests on.

  • A review against yourself

LazyElo's Review shows where you died and what led up to it, with three short questions per death, and compares the game with your own average on that champion: time without a ward, roams, CS at 10 minutes and damage per minute.

  • No ads, anywhere

Not in the app, not in the lobby and not on this site.

  • Out of the game's way

A native Windows app without Overwolf or a browser engine. The overlay only draws scoreboard info and redraws twice a second, and nothing runs inside the game.

  • ARAM Mayhem in the app

In the Mayhem lobby LazyElo shows which champion on your bench is strongest, next to your own results. In game you can look up what each card you're offered does and which champions it suits.

Light on your PC

What LazyElo asks of your PC: first what follows from how it is built, then what we measured. We only put a number here once we have measured it.

By design

  • Native, without Overwolf

A Windows app of its own. No Overwolf and no browser engine running next to your game.

  • No ads

Nothing in the app loads ads or ad videos, in the lobby or during a game.

  • A small overlay

The overlay is a separate see-through window. It only draws scoreboard info and redraws twice a second.

  • Nothing inside the game

LazyElo reads the client and the game's own live data through the local connections Riot provides. It never runs inside the game process and never reads game memory.

Measured

In the lobby, idle

During a game, overlay on

FPS with and without LazyElo
Measurement in progress

Our own measurements, on one PC. RAM is the working set Windows reports for LazyElo. The numbers during a game and an FPS test with and without LazyElo follow here; until then we make no claim about them.

Good to know before you switch

  • Windows 10 and 11 only (64-bit). Mac and Linux are not supported.
  • You need a free account, which you make yourself on the site in a minute.
  • It never imports runes or builds into your client: it shows them and you set them yourself.
  • The overlay needs the game in borderless or windowed mode.
  • It is a hobby project by one player with a small group of users, so the shared tier lists rest on far fewer games than the big sites.

Try LazyElo next to your client

Free and without ads, for Windows 10 and 11. Install it, log in with your account, and it follows your next game from champ select to the post-game. It only reads: picking, locking and runes stay with you.
