A LoL overlay without Overwolf or ads

LazyElo's overlay puts the TAB scoreboard where you can read it at a glance: your team left of your ability bar, the enemies right of it, lane by lane, with who is ahead in green and who is behind in red.

No timers, no alerts, no ads. LazyElo shows the cooldowns from the patch data and never tracks when an enemy used an ability. A small native window you click straight through.

The overlay showing both teams with level, K/D/A, CS per minute, item value, spells and items per player

What the overlay shows

Every lane at a glance

A see-through bar along the bottom of your screen, lined up with your ability bar. Each player sits opposite their lane opponent, so you see each matchup without opening TAB.
  • Per player: level, K/D/A, CS per minute, item value, kill participation, summoner spells and items.
  • Per lane: green for whoever is ahead, red for whoever is behind.
  • Dead players turn gray with the seconds until they respawn, as on TAB.
  • Kills, towers and dragons per team, and how the enemy team's damage splits into AD, AP and true damage.
  • The ult cooldown at each champion's current level, from the patch data. It never counts down or tracks when an ult was used.
  • Turn it on and off, drag it where you want it; on a 16:9 screen it moves to the top by itself.
The in-game overlay: your team left of your ability bar, the enemies right of it
The overlay in game: your team left of your ability bar, the enemies right of it. Green is ahead, red behind.

The same, bigger, on your second screen

LazyElo's Live page shows the same comparison per lane on a second monitor, updated every three seconds from the game's own scoreboard data, with the build and runes of your champion underneath: what others buy most and what you buy yourself.

In ARAM Mayhem too

In Mayhem the overlay carries your Mayhem build, next to the card helper and the bench advice in the lobby. More on the ARAM Mayhem overlay page.

What it deliberately leaves out

Riot's rules for third-party apps treat “drawing conclusions for you during gameplay” as an unfair advantage. LazyElo's overlay stays on the right side of that line: it shows what the game already shows, more clearly, and leaves the decisions to you.
  • Never clicks for you

It doesn't accept, pick, ban or lock anything, and it never imports runes or builds into your client. You do all of it yourself.
  • Never reads game memory

Only the League client and the game's own live data through the local connections Riot provides, so it runs fine next to Vanguard.
  • No timers, no alerts

In game it shows what the TAB scoreboard shows, more clearly. LazyElo shows the cooldowns from the patch data and never tracks when an enemy used an ability. No power-spike alerts, nothing that plays the game for you.
  • No ads, no Overwolf

A native Windows app of its own, without Overwolf or a browser engine, and without ads in any plan.

The best LoL overlay for you

If you want more help during the game, other overlays do more. As of October 26, 2026, Porofessor's overlay has jungle, objective and inhibitor timers, the team gold difference and a build overlay with the next item to buy; Mobalytics adds power-spike notifications, jungle and summoner spell timers and a gold-to-next-item tracker. Both run on Overwolf (Porofessor also as a standalone Electron app) and both contain ads.

LazyElo is for players who want the scoreboard, not a second brain: a light, native overlay without ads, with the thinking done before and after the game (champ select advice, the loading screen scout and the post-game review). Sources and the full comparison: Porofessor alternative, Mobalytics alternative, the best League apps.

Light on your PC

What LazyElo asks of your PC: first what follows from how it is built, then what we measured. We only put a number here once we have measured it.

By design

  • Native, without Overwolf

A Windows app of its own. No Overwolf and no browser engine running next to your game.

  • No ads

Nothing in the app loads ads or ad videos, in the lobby or during a game.

  • A small overlay

The overlay is a separate see-through window. It only draws scoreboard info and redraws twice a second.

  • Nothing inside the game

LazyElo reads the client and the game's own live data through the local connections Riot provides. It never runs inside the game process and never reads game memory.

Questions and answers

Does the overlay need Overwolf?

No. LazyElo is a native Windows app of its own. There is no Overwolf client and no browser engine running next to your game.

Will it lower my FPS?

The overlay is a separate see-through window that only draws scoreboard info and redraws twice a second. We measured 428 MB of RAM idle in the lobby and 511 MB during a game with the overlay on at 0.0% CPU. An FPS test with and without LazyElo is still in progress, so we make no FPS claim yet.

Does it work in fullscreen?

The overlay needs the game in borderless or windowed mode. In exclusive fullscreen Windows doesn't let another window draw on top.

Does it work with Vanguard?

Yes. LazyElo reads the League client and the game's own live data through the local connections Riot provides. It never runs inside the game process and never reads game memory.

Is the overlay free?

The overlay is part of Plus (€4.99 a month or €39 a year). Every new account gets 7 days of Plus free, without a payment card.
