The short answer
Most people who search this want another website. For builds, tier lists and player profiles on the web, look at U.GG, Mobalytics, Lolalytics and MetaSRC; porofessor.gg shows anyone's live game by Riot ID. LazyElo isn't one of those. It has no public profiles to look people up on.
