If a champion you Knock Back with selected ability hits another champion, they are Knocked Up for 0.5 seconds and are dealt 100–400 (by level) magic damage. If enemy champions collide with terrain, they are Knocked Up for 0.75 seconds and are dealt 150–800 (by level) magic damage. Knock Up Duration and Height scale with your spell's cooldown. Damage is increased to 250% for Ultimate Abilities.

How Chain Reaction plays

Chain Reaction is D tier over all champions on patch 26.21: #217 of 226 augments and #86 of the 90 gold cards. That is the average over every champion; on the right one it is worth more, on the wrong one much less.

It gives ability haste, so it pays off on champions that already use that. On a champion that doesn't, it is a wasted pick, whatever its tier.

It does best on Gragas, Gnar and Singed. 5 of its 15 best champions are tanks.
