How Echo Cast plays

Echo Cast is A tier over all champions on patch 26.21: #48 of 226 augments and #18 of the 69 prismatic cards. That is the average over every champion; on the right one it is worth more, on the wrong one much less.

It does best on Twisted Fate, Neeko and Blitzcrank. 8 of its 15 best champions are tanks.

Its tier holds in every pick it can show up in (A tier), so there is no bad moment to take it.

The card it pairs with best is Hands off the Talent: if you already have one of the two, the other jumps up your list.
