Enemies along the outer edge take increased damage ((100–400 (by level) +40% Ability Power +60% Attack Damage)) and heal you 18% of your Missing Health. Each enemy hit along the outer edge reduces this ability's cooldown by 10% down to a minimum of 3 seconds.
